I have enjoyed a fascinating career since coming to America from London, England. Starting my American life in the Appraisal field in Ft. Myers Florida. Relocating to Lancaster from Florida in 1972, my career has included several management positions for local companies, both Franchise and Independent. Investing in Lancaster City with rental properties, has provided the satisfaction of both improving the city buildings and providing quality housing for those residents who enjoy City life. New construction has been another venture over the years, and resulted in being asked to name several streets in East Hempfield... Westminster, Wimbledon and Paddington in School Lane Hills, were suggestions when asked for English City names. Sitting in a Corn field in Millersville in the 80's, watching the sun go down one evening as the developer of Breezewood at Blue Rock was trying to name the future streets... Russet, Sunset and Amber became a street map entry.

With the cycles of real estate, the 80's found me selling real estate with 18% interest rates. The 90's the challenge of the new technology. 2000 cycle resulted in almost paperless experience due to the Internet. I have enjoyed residential, investment, commercial, new construction and relocation sales. Satisfaction comes from seeing all the agents I have trained having successful careers. My references are all my many former clients, brokers, business and community leaders, who I have had the pleasure of helping and knowing. Who have helped me gain the knowledge and expertise to be known as a real estate professional. My joy comes from my family and friends who have supported me and my career. My interests are Golf, gaining more experience as a Pilot, and Travel.
