I have been a resident of Manheim Township for more than 40 years, having relocated from Bucks County, PA with my husband’s job transfer. We are parents to 2 adult children and grandparents to 4. I am an active member in the Lancaster County Corvette Club and also a board member of the Lancaster Italian Cultural Society.

Pursuing my interest in housing & construction, I entered real estate sales as a licensed realtor in 1984. I specialize in residential homes and new construction/lot sales, and have extensive experience in negotiating for Sellers and Buyers Agency contracts.

My current designations are (GRI) Graduate of Realtors Institute, (RRC) Women’s Council of Realtors Referral and Relocation Certification,and (CMRS) Certified Military Residential Specialist.

My goal is to educate and provide the best possible advice to the client in servicing their real estate needs. I take a personal interest in their decision making and get great satisfaction when their dreams come true.
