Hi, I'm David Charles. It seems like I've been in the Real Estate business all my life.... because Real Estate is what I've done since 1984. I started with E. James Hogan RE and in 1989 opened my own office. Five years later, I added partners to form Charles & Associates Real Estate, Inc. This enabled me to continue to sell and develop real estate, yet maintain direction of the Real Estate office without the daily management required to oversee Real Estate Sales Agents.

I have always lived in Lancaster County. Growing up on a farm taught me the value of hard work and an appreciation for Lancaster County's Agriculture. I am blessed to live on a farm outside of Millersville with my wife, Lynda and daughter, Taylor.

I have developed many residential subdivisions in Lancaster County and understand the delicate balance of saving farmland yet providing the necessary housing for our residents.
