Hi, I'm Wayne Smith and have been a Realtor for thirty-seven years.  Growing up in Beaver County, PA, I attended Oakmont High School and Graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in Business Administration.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was associated with Hamilton Technologies, Contract Administration.  I specialize in Appraising and making my Grandchildren Happy!  My interests are - My Family, Golf, Baseball, Football and Soccer.
